TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE ?DESIGN DOCUMENTS

Sales are final
All sales on design documents and customization/modifications are final. No refunds or exchanges can be given once your order has started the fulfillment process. It is the client's responsibility to assure the accuracy of the measurements and other pertinent information provided to Uniform Design Inc. If you are not sure how to take or illustrate your measurements please consult your contractor. Uniform Design Inc. is striving to keep all specifications up to date.  In case an item turns out to be discontinued at the time of purchase of a design document set, Uniform Design Inc. will replace the item with a close match and the client will receive a revised design documents set at no charge.

Warranty
All design documents ordered through Uniformdesign.us are provided as-is and Uniform Design Inc. disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness of purpose. The images placed online may differ from the documents, depending on the modifications performed by the owner/builder. Design documents may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances. Uniform Design Inc. is not liable for incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, business opportunity, or other economic loss arising out of the use of services or any construction plans received from Uniform Design Inc. even if Uniform Design Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damage. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance with applicable statute or regulation, and fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received from Uniform Design Inc. prior to use thereof. In the event any liability is imposed on Uniform Design Inc., Uniform Design Inc.'s liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the price paid for Uniform Design Inc. product.

TERMS AND CONDITION OF SALE - MATERIALS

Upon Delivery
Immediately upon delivery please review the shipment for accuracy of materials ordered, including quantity, quality, and color, and for any shipping damage. Contact your sales representative immediately if any problems exist. All claims must be presented in writing to Uniform Design Inc. and any delivery carrier within five days of receipt of material. Any damage that is apparent upon delivery must be noted on the freight carrier delivery receipt. Material should be installed by pulling from all crates or boxes to insure optimal blending of shade variation. No adjustment can be made once material has been installed.

Quantities
We request that all quantities be checked by an installer or contractor, as we will not be held responsible for discrepancies in quantities. Although we may have assisted in preparation of quantities for material on this order/invoice, all quantities must be checked by a contractor or installer. Any additions or changes to the order could delay the delivery date and may result in dye lot variation.

Installation
Uniform Design Inc. does not accept responsibility or liability for installation, sealing or refinishing of any product.

Payment, Terms and Credit Extension
All material is purchased with 50% due upon placement of order. The balance of the order will be charged to the purchaser's credit card at the time of shipment.

Late Payment
Purchaser agrees, by acceptance of this document, that if payment is not made according to terms of sale, to pay interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the amount permitted by law and to pay reasonable collection costs including reasonable attorney fees.

Warranty
Uniform Design Inc. specifies and sells high quality name brand product and accessories. The Buyer must look to the Manufacturer's written warranty. Uniform Design Inc. hereby disclaims implied warranties including that of Merchantability and Fitness for a Particular Purpose. Uniform Design Inc. further disclaims any liability for special, incidental or consequential damages.

Return Policy
Fixtures, accessories, tile and other materials may be returned or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Merchandize must be returned in original packaging and un-used condition. Only full boxes of tile may be returned. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned. Nonrefundable items will be identified on your quote. Please e-mail us prior to making the return and we will provide you with a return shipping address. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to the address provided. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandize.
